How long have you been with GOOD-STOCK, and what is your role at the company?
I’ve been with GOOD-STOCK since early 2025 and am in charge of sales. My focus is on working with our customers to develop tailored fulfillment solutions and build long-term partnerships.
In fulfillment in particular, it’s important not only to map out operational processes but also to truly understand individual requirements and work together to develop solutions that work in the long term.
What is particularly important to you when interacting with customers?
Reliability and honest communication.
Especially in fulfillment, fast response times, transparency, and personal points of contact are crucial. Customers don’t want a black box—they want a partner who is accessible, thinks proactively, and creates solutions.
In my view, good collaboration always arises when communication is open and both sides work together on pragmatic solutions.
