An interview with René Kobrow, Senior Sales Manager at GOOD-STOCK, about modern fulfillment requirements, operational partnerships and the reality behind scaling brands.

When did you join GOOD-STOCK and what is your role in the company?

I have been part of GOOD-STOCK since 2020 and work as a Senior Sales Manager in the new customer business.
I support companies on their way to suitable fulfillment solutions and am often the first point of contact for new projects and partnerships.

Particularly in dynamic growth phases, it is important to set up processes properly at an early stage and to jointly develop solutions that work in the long term.

How would you describe yourself and the way you work?

I would say: communicative, reliable and solution-oriented.

It's important to me to be approachable and to develop pragmatic solutions together with customers. At the same time, I try to remain open, relaxed and easy to work with - this creates trust and makes communication easier.

In the end, it's always about solving challenges together and working together as partners.

What is particularly important to customers today when dealing with fulfillment partners?

Above all, many customers want personal contacts, predictable processes and reliability.

At the same time, however, they also expect flexibility - especially in the dynamic e-commerce environment, where requirements can change quickly.

That is why it is often no longer enough to simply provide operational services. Customers are looking for partners who think along with them, are accessible and solve challenges pragmatically.

Definitely the team spirit.

The diversity of people, ideas and projects makes the work exciting and ensures that we support each other and grow together.

You can feel that in everyday life - and I think that ultimately has a positive effect on working with customers.

And in your private life - what do you enjoy outside of work?

In my free time, a lot of things revolve around basketball and classic cars.

I have been fascinated by this mix of dynamism, technology and passion for many years. Perhaps because a lot depends on precision, teamwork and the right timing in both areas - just like in everyday operations.
